Warranties

The products of AEON-T COMPOSITES TECHNOLOGIES SL are manufactured under strictly controlled processes and in accordance with the highest quality standards. Warranty periods and conditions shall be those applicable in the country where the sale takes place, in compliance with the applicable legislation. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and shall not apply to damage resulting from improper use, impacts, normal wear and tear, improper handling, or incorrect maintenance.
In the case of the purchase of a customized paddle, replacement shall be made with the same model or an equivalent one to the purchased product, and design changes may not be requested. If the original design is no longer available, the closest possible color will be automatically selected.
In order to process a claim, the customer will receive by email a shipping label together with the corresponding instructions to deliver the claimed paddle to the designated transport company. Once the paddle has been received at the factory, the new unit will be shipped to the destination indicated in the email.

Prices

Prices are shown in Euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are included for the Iberian Peninsula. For other locations, shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Customs Duties

Shipping costs do not include customs duties or import taxes, which must be paid by the buyer.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Within Spain (Peninsula), the usual delivery time is under 14 working days, including manufacturing time. In Europe, approximately 16 working days; in Latin America and the US, approximately 25 working days.

Right of Withdrawal and Claims

Custom-made products cannot be returned once payment has been completed.

For standard (non-customized) stock products, the buyer has 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging.

Jurisdiction

The relationship between the user and AEON-T COMPOSITES TECHNOLOGIES SL shall be governed by Spanish law. The company is domiciled in Madrid, Spain.
