ALMA Technology is the result of years of aerospace research into developing lighter and stronger structural materials. Co-funded by the European Space Agency, it delivers unique properties designed to enhance your performance on the court.
With XCALION, you’ll play with a racket that is on average 30g lighter, allowing faster movement and greater agility when blocking difficult shots or defending under pressure.
Its combination of low weight and high balance provides impressive power despite its lightness, while reducing vibrations and improving stability.
ALMA carbon also offers exceptional elasticity, a larger sweet spot, and a superior feeling of control and precision compared to traditional padel rackets.

You can place your order through our online store at xcalion.com, where we ship worldwide. You can also check whether there is an official XCALION distributor in your country. In the Information / Test Centers section, you’ll find a map showing the countries where we are currently present.
Orders for standard products are shipped the next working day after the order is placed.
For customised rackets, production usually takes 3–5 working days, plus the shipping time depending on the destination country.
Simply add your chosen product to the cart and select your country from the available destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us at xcalion@aeon-t.com
Send us an email as soon as possible to xcalion@aeon-t.com indicating your order number in the subject line, and your interest in cancelling:
- If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, you must first receive it and then exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, and products must be unused and returned in perfect condition.
- Orders containing customised rackets cannot be cancelled once production has started (normally the next working day after purchase). As these products are personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Please review your customisation carefully before completing your purchase.
XCALION maintains consistent pricing and does not usually offer discounts. However, if you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the Coupon field during checkout.
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our factory, you will receive a confirmation email. Shortly afterwards, you’ll receive a tracking email from the shipping company with your estimated delivery date.

Simply email xcalion@aeon-t.com requesting your invoice and include your billing details (VAT Number / Company Registration Number, where applicable) if you did not provide them during checkout.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS & WARRANTY
Customised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the customisation carried out by XCALION.
For non-customised products, you have a 14-day withdrawal period to return your purchase by sending it to:

Once we have confirmed that the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use, we will process the corresponding refund.
For voluntary returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and you may choose the courier service of your preference.
If the return is due to an approved warranty claim, XCALION will cover all shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label; simply print it, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at the designated courier office.
XCALION keeps detailed manufacturing records that allow us to determine whether damage is caused by a manufacturing defect or by improper use (such as impacts or accidental damage).
If your racket breaks or you believe there is an abnormal fault, please email xcalion@aeon-t.com, including your order number in the subject line and attaching as many detailed photographs as necessary. Our technical team will assess your case and respond as quickly as possible. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace your racket.
